  15. Vlc player: a free media player that is easy to use and much more reliable than Microsoft's media player. This player is will open almost all formats and is very stable.

  18. Team Viewer: is remote log-on software that can allow me to log on to your pc or notebook if requested by you. The password to log in is dynamic, meaning it changes every time you log-on. This also means no one but you can allow a log-on. Remote service is convenient and easy but also requires my immediate and complete attention and will be charged for.
  19. Panda safe browser: this is a browser that loads in a mini linux operating system on your desktop. This means whatever you are doing with this browser no hacked websites can infect you. Ideal if you travel and use free public wifi. This may not work well with older or slower machines.
  20. Windirstats this is a graphic representation of hard disk usage making it easy to see what may be filling up your hard disk. This will only be installed if your hard disk is over 65% used

  25. Word and Excel viewer: for office 2007 or newer, this will only be installed if your office version is too old to open a new document or spreadsheet . Note you will not be able to edit these documents unless you purchase and install a newer version of office.
