Mission Statement

I have been fixing computers for over 11 years. I can fix hardware, software, security issues, parental controls and networking for pc's, notebooks and netbooks. I can setup your ipad, your blackberry or iphone. I encourage and setup backup systems as well. Most of my customers are repeat or referrals. I believe good software and good habits will keep you, your identity and your pc safe. I help with both and am happy to make recommendations to ensure good habits. Parents often bring their “download crazy” teens in for some habit adjustments. I don't believe in spending more money to repair a pc or notebook than it's worth and I will tell you. I encourage regular (yearly) service for your computer. I have many flat rates for major jobs reducing my most expensive labor charge to $169. I work from my home so my costs don't include a store front; I pass this savings on directly to the client. I rarely take holidays and work Monday to Friday and sometime Saturday too. I don't do many service calls these days as my shop is so busy and I am a one man show. Most service calls have a minimum charge of at least $89 for the first hour for a qualified technician. A proper malware scan can take two hours. This is very poor bang for your pc dollar as the resources needed to do a very good job are not mobile. I have a reasonable pickup and drop off service for elderly clients. I do not believe anyone should wait more than a day to have their pc or notebook fixed; my average turnaround time is just one day, in fact a lot my clients drop their computer off in the morning and pick it up at the end of the day. Be proactive, service your pc or notebook yearly and avoid those disastrous crashes which always seem to happen the day before you need the computer most. I can offer undeniable evidence that regular service will save you money, grief and time.
